At La Cosmetique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Be sure to keep your tracking number for reference until the return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
